Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Vandal Tech. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

 Returns
You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

 How to Start a Return
Contact us at vandaltech27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
